On the day of Pentecost, everything changed. Jesus commanded the disciples in Luke 24:49 to wait in Jerusalem until they received Power from on High. That power was the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. We can see the Disciples receiving the Baptism of The Holy Spirit in Acts 2:1-11.

You can read all about the Assemblies of God’s stance on the Baptism of the Holy Spirit here.

Take a few moments to watch this initial video to hear what the meaning of Pentecost is, and then watch these video testimonies of different leaders within the Assemblies of God. They will share their experience receiving the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, and the work of the Holy Spirit.

The Baptism of the Holy Spirit is a free gift that God is still giving today! Just begin asking God to receive, and seeking this Power from on High!
